@lilbud Linux Mint includes some codecs Ubuntu does not have.
So you decide: Ubuntu or Linux Mint
Both are very good systems :)

The Ubuntu-dislike is because of the man and the company behind. It is said that Ubuntu does not develop the kernel (for ex.) and just uses the Debian system. But all in all it is a succesful system and an easy setup ... made for everyone. I think that the real reason of dislike :)

But I can ask you: What do you like more? RetroPie or RecalBox?

@meleu said in Flat Theme (WIP):

@mattrixk Why not try Linux Mint? ;-)

I don't really like the Unix system in general. I hate how everything is permissions based. Also in ubuntu I couldn't find programs that acted they way I wanted them to.

Mostly for this though, I just don't like having to use virtualbox. It's annoying, I can never set it up perfectly, and it takes up too much space on my limited hard drive.

Can't really think of anything mind blowing. I was just going to have the background and the footer be the 2 shades of (blue?) that you see in the gamelist. Or do what I did in the Material theme and have them be the color of their respective companies. Thoughts?

@lilbud This would be, without a doubt, my favorite rom selection screen of any theme out there.
