    i just finished setting up my retro pie software and then i restarted it after giving the gpu 320 units of memory then i restarted it and it says pi@retropie:~ $ what do I type in or do to fix it
    i also tried typing startx and it did nothing

      it kinda looks like the login screen for raspbian

        Was it previously booting into Emulation Station before the change?

          yes, i booted in once rebooted and now it is stuck at this screen

              did but nothing from there worked should i just re image the sd and start again?

                I'm referring to the information that we would need about your setup in order to help you.

                If you're not too far along into your install and can afford to lose any changes you've made, then it wouldn't be a bad idea.
