Cannot execute binary file: exec format error....

so I use 7-zip files are on retro and unzipped and a ZIPPED of the same game have tried multiple games multiple systems but this error message comes up all the same. I searched the forum to find something similar only one person asked about it and it was answered about 7 months ago...
