    @FlyingTomahawk

    Sorry to be a pain, but need a little help!

    I have added Vectrex and Sinclair ZX Spectrum, neither of which is currently supported in the theme - no problem, i thought, i will just add them!

    The adding went fine and i have robbed a couple of system.svg from another theme to save me making my own but i am getting stuck when it comes to making the 3 images that go at the top of the screen for each system. I have the images i want, and i have the template files you provide in the theme but i cannot for the life of me work out a workflow in photoshop that will enable me to basically 'cut' my images to shape! I know i am not very bright, particularly when it comes to this stuff, but any chance you could quickly explain the relevant action in PS to get the right shape images, it would be much appreciated!

      No problem. Here is what I do. Lets take the center screenshot as example.
      Open the center screenshot layout psd file in photoshop.
      Then open the image you want to use as center screenshot in photoshop and make sure it is set as RGB mode.
      Then drag the image over to the screenshot layout.
      Adjust it by to fit the layout area.
      Then select on the right the screenshot layout layer and use the magic tool. Once the area is selected right click on it and choose "select inverse".
      Now select the image layer and hit the delete button on the keyboard.
      Then choose "save for web", save it as png24 file and name it screenshot_center.png

      Done!

      Do the same for the left and right screenshot.

            lol
            There was a typo in the change log.
            It should say Game & Watch not Daphne.
            Fixed it.

                I have saw that if you enter a system and press select to go straight to a letter, after leaving and continue navigating between systems, the theme collapses, no longer displaying the logos of the systems, nor the videos.

                  @Arcanjohack check if it happens with other themes too. Could possibly be a bug with es if it happens with others.

                        @Arcanjohack

                        I just tested this on my RPi3 with all Futura theme versions (video and non-video) and I am not able to recreate that error.
                        I can see on your last picture this error message?

                        glGetError 0x505

                        I am no coder and I have no idea what that error exactly means. Video memory issue?
                        How many systems do you run?
                        How many roms do you use?
                        Not sure if this has anything to do with it but what is your vram setting in ES?

                        @jfick13

                        Thank you. :)

                          This theme is the most beautiful I have ever seen, I hope to find the cause.

                            I google searched that error message and looks like to be a gpu memory issue.
                            The Futura theme using 1920x1080 images is heavy on the resources.

                              You need to increase the VRAM, the option is available in one of the menus. I had the same issues when using the default value, I increased it to around 800-1000 and haven't had any issues since. You can probably use a lower value, just have to mess around with it to see what works.

                                Finally I solved my problem. I replaced ES.
                                This compilation is softest.

                                The videos runs very well with all tested themes

                                The Dev include OMXplayer, and you can change in options menu.

                                I appreciate for all help received

                                  Great theme!

                                  I've been working on building my image with particular interest in many old and obscure systems. Through trial and very little error, I've managed to create a couple of The menu pages that don't exist, and I'll be adding more to my setup as I continue building. So far I have added a page for ZX Spectrum and Infocom (z-machine). I would be happy to share them (and any others I make) if you are interested.

                                  For some reason I can't get my phone to post pictures, but I'll drop them as soon as I'm back by a computer...

                                        You drag n drop the pictures into your reply while you're typing it and wait for it to upload. Depending on the size of the files and your internet speed, it might take some time so be patient ;-)
                                        Also sometimes you have to put an extra carriage return after where your cursor is for it to work.

                                          @backstander Yeah, I tried all the methods. I keep getting a 'Something went wrong while parsing server response" error.

                                          I thought maybe it was Safari, but I tried in Firefox too. No dice.
