So, when i connect the A/V cable to the Tv this is what it looks like, the TV its NTSC/ATSC and try like 100 ways to fixed without result , here is the config.txt

How you connect the Pi3 with the CRT? With a HDMI > composite cable?
I don't know much about this, but i think there are better solutions with native 15khz support.
Something like that? -
Nope , the devices is conected to the Tv with a 3.5mm to A/V cable https://www.amazon.com/Parts-Express-3-5mm-Plug-Cable/dp/B0007V6JCK

@Kecha red is probably video and yellow is right channel audio. Most of these cables have those two backwards.
-
@edmaul69 tryed every possible configuration, and yes, is the red one, but this is something with the config.txt that I cant get, not the cables, im using the system of "aikoncwd-rpi-mediacenter" but this problem happens even with NOOBS
-
@Kecha have you tried just using the retropie image thats available on this site instead of noobs and the other one i never heard of? Also make sure you dont have an hdmi cable plugged in
-
@edmaul69 tried with raspbian , noobs, this one mentionet, kodi, retropie, etc and nothing
-
@Kecha if you use the retropie image on here and posted the config.txt i could help you. Im not familiar with other images.

@Sturo i use an xbox 360 e slim cable. Both are made by microsoft. Both are good quality. Far better than those cheap cables.
-
@edmaul69 Yeah about the only good thing to come from the Zune was the A/V cable. That thing is pretty solid, and the colors match up, yellow is video, white and red are sound.
-
@Sturo same with the xbox 360 e slim cable. Correct colors. I owned a zune. The original Green one. I had the cable for it too. I had repaired a couple for a friend of mine. As far as ipods and zunes at that time i preferred the zune. The iphone and ipod touch changed what i use though. I am an iphone guy now.
-
@Sturo UNBELIEVABLE !!!! Go for a new quality cable and problem solve, gotta say I love U Bro thank you so much

@Kecha Glad it worked out! Have fun!
