I'm going to continue with Zelda: The Minish Cap (GBA) this week. When I don't have time to hunt for Melari I'm going to also continue playing Shovel Knight on 3DS. I'd been wanting to play that game for a while, but didn't have a machine that could run it. It's a lot of fun and definitely has a SNES feel to it. I'm not sure what it is about the game that is so resource-intensive that a Pi can't run it, but if you have a way to play it, I highly recommend the game.

For me I just finished The Surge and now will go back to playing all the dragon quest games. Took a break once i finished the 4th one.

Now I've finally updated Retropie, the addition of Amiberry has enabled me to get not only several ROMS running that wouldn't before on UAE4ARM, but also recognises both my 8Bitdo pads too-heaven! So it's been a mixture of SWOS, Trolls (hey-don't laugh, it came with my Amiga when new!), but mainly Alien Breed '92 Special Edition. I played this game to death back in the day. I want to hone my skills again before I attempt the original Alien Breed, and Alien Breed II (never played either).

Grab that boomerang, go up Mt Crenel and go right. Use the boomarang to toggle that damn switch and enable the bridge for you. ;-)

Extra tip: suddenly you'll see people start talking about Kinstone fusion stuff. Took me sometime to realized how it can be used. The tip is, people who have a "thought balloon" can match Kinstone with you, just press L next to the person.

Extra info about 2017-05-29: it's my birthday! :D
