I am setting up RetroPie in a NES case and want to use the ControlBlock to emulate the original controller ports. Everything installs fine, but after running the install script and rebooting the Pi the inputs from my (wireless) XBox360 controllers become messed up. For example: the D-Pad remaps up/down to left/right and right is unmapped, while the left thumb stick remaps to Start. I presently don't have any other controllers to connect to the system, so this reconfiguration of the Xbox360 controller inputs makes the RetroPie system effectively unusable.

Is there any way to install the ControlBlock driver without it effectively corrupting the input from my existing controllers?

Maybe it is also an issue with the power supply: If you are using additional USB devices your power supply or micro USB cable might be components to exchange. We had this often with other installations in the past.
