I was wondering if it's possible to import saved games from one game to another. Specifically, I'm playing Armored Core for the PSX and I'm wanting to import its save file into Armored Core: Project Phantasma. However it looks like each game has it's own virtual memory card. Is this possible or am I searching in vain?

@cerealspiller have you tried renaming the file name to match the game you want? Backup the file first though.
