for a reason that i don't understand, all my rom working using mame2000 emulator.
Maybe my old raspberry 1 b is not enough powerful for the mame4all emulator ...
So if it could help someone to have this info...

But in the meantime I found a solution. Not a direct answer to my question - so it doesn't work with lr-fbneo.
I found lr-mame in the experimental packages and this emulator emulates exactly the right speed!
