We don't support 3rd party images - only the one from retropie.org.uk/download. Ask the creator of the image for support or use the installation from the link provided.

@w1ck3rm4n sure, you will have a default installation without any (copyrighted) games.
Other way: ask the seller of your device to fix the problems or get a refund.
He sold you old sh** that doesnt even work (PSX).

Minor update: I saw on a reddit post that someone solved the issue somehow by resetting the EmulationStation input settings via the Retropie menu. I did so but no change. At this point I'm considering opening a GitHub issue on the Retropie GitHub.

friend there were no positive results. still don't recognize it. Would there be more tests that you could recommend?
