Yes, it's just temporary for now, will probably be fixed later on. Probably some pip upgrade broke mkdocs or mkdocs itself is broken ? I'll take a look.

Asking about roms violates rule #2. Most sites don't want the liability that comes with pointing out where to find such things. If you spend a few minutes on a good search engine you can probably find what you want.

@jmhogan0 The file is actually hosted on Amazon's servers, but it's of little comfort. We had spurious reports over time of users not being able to download the image, but it's not always clear why the download stalls.
You could try to download the torrent (see https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/4400/torrent-download-retropie), but make sure you verify the hash of the file or just install Raspbian and install manually (see https://retropie.org.uk/docs/Manual-Installation/).
