      @ZemaDuvant fast forward is what you're looking for. It's in settings > input > hotkeys. Natively it's set to space on a keyboard. I usually get rid of reset as I don't use reset much and find select + B is better for fast forwarding RPGs or cutscenes

      @BuZz Thank you. I made some edits to my post above to help prevent silliness. You are correct, it was psyke83 who suggested the change.

      Your directions above worked perfectly, as expected and I reverted all of the configuration changes. And scummVM also works as expected.

      Thank you for the commit, and for letting us play in your house while you and the team tidy-up the inevitable release.

      I had the same issue. The problem is that RetroPie manage default resolution very bad.
      To solve this and other performance issues just play with the resolution and set the best that fits your needs.
      You have to enter the raspbi-config -> display options.
      If the system crashes when you select display options, use this trick:
      Enter the menu and before opening display options disconnect the HDMI.
      Than open display options (with screen off) and connect HDMI again.
      It should solve the problem.

      After I changed resolution I experienced a big performance jump!
      And all that glitches and sprite problems was solved

      @chernandezba

      Ah, thank you. I've changed this over SSH for the time being through emulators.cfg as I don't have access to the device in question but I'll give it a try later and see how it performs.

      Incidentally, ZEsarUX is an incredible piece of work. I hope to use it at some point to develop a game or two for the Next :)

      @icyLoad
      I assume you mean the N64 version and it runs pretty will on my Pi 3 without any overclocking using the mupen64plus-GLideN64 emulator. I haven't tried it on any of the other emulators.

      Here is the N64 Compatibility Sheet:
