      @ghostnappa611
      I've just downloaded the image to double check and the hash key matches that of the .gz file. The hash key you posted is from the extracted image which is why it's different (though I can verify still correct for the extracted image), if you do the hash check on the original gz file you will see it matches.

      There is no problem with the image file you have. As @ortsac said try another SD card.

      I suspect a memory leak related to video previews. I just posted something similar I noticed after implementing video previews. While running 'top' logged in via ssh, with each video preview, the free memory went down a bit and stayed down, bottoming out around 80k. Even when left idle overnight, the memory did not free up. Only rebooting the pi freed up the memory.

      Thanks for your time herb_fargus. I have a feeling that if I replace the cmdline.txt with the following it will sort itself out:

      dwc_otg.lpm_enable=0 console=serial0,115200 console=tty2 root=/dev/mmcblk0p2 rootfstype=ext4 elevator=deadline fsck.repair=yes rootwait quiet loglevel=3 logo.nologo consoleblank=0 plymouth.enable=0

      This is just to get back to the original problem of finding out why sudo apt-get update is returning the attached errors!!![0_1501816713607_File 4-8-17, 11 11 53.jpeg](Uploading 100%)

      Yes, I can see that I have to run most of the games I try at low settings. Not so worried about that, and the Dreamcast and Saturn emulators still have a ton of issues. However, I still want to try. Wish I could figure the exit issues out...... Kinda figured that would be the easy one....

      A solid green led means that the SD Card cannot be read. The red should be on because it indicates power.

      Ah... That seems to have been the issue. You know, I actually checked each folder to be sure but I must have skipped over atari2600 or perhaps just didn't see it. It being 5am here and me not having slept yet may have contributed. To think, I sat here for about an hour and a half trying to figure out what went wrong before asking for help too! Regardless, I appreciate the fast reply and apologize for clogging the forum with such a silly problem.

      You didn't give enough info about your setup and looks like didn't search the official docs.

      I would suggest you to enable emulationstation in autostart, but I think you should give more info about your setup.

      @tonythetiger giving people more info to be able to help you really helps. There is a link at the top of every page that tells you what info you need to provide. You agreed to this when signing up. You provided no info on your setup so no one would even know how to help you. You can bump a thread but please dont open multiple posts on the same issue. If you had mentioned that you had a ps3 controller people might have been able to tell you to uninstall the ps3 driver, setup both wii u controllers so they are working correctly, then reinstall the ps3 driver. You cant be mad at people for not helping you if you dont provide info.
