I'm not saying there are no VTxx emulators, you know at the very least about one (MAME/MESS). There might be others.
You seem to think that it's normal for an emulator to support every kind of similar hardware, but it's not (e.g. most console emulators are unable to emulate their arcade counterpart).

@Yarmongrel yea mame has a few modifications they also put changes upstream to the official Musashi. I havent used blastem so couldnt comment on it being less accurate or not what 68k core is blastem using?

@Darksavior Yes, it's annoying. I know about the FPS bug, I tested the patch and it's ok. There are a few more bugs besides the FPS counter that were fixed after 1.7.8.4, we'll see if the PR will bump to the next release or include the patches.

Any chance Mesen could be added as optional core.
Since I am using RetroPie on a powerfull x86 PC.
