Check out these cool devices on icode.com. they allow you to have up to 4 paddles or joysticks connected to you PC via usb. There is even a bluetooth version.

I should mention my screen is Vertical...
That's probably the issue. I've never run Stella on a vertical setup, but the screen settings should be configurable.
