      Thanks, yea I did try that as well as "joystick order" in the Configuration Editor. I believe both of these set:

      6a766ae2-7b8d-4ccc-9ea0-57399168c6c3-image.png input_player1_joypad_index = "0"
      input_player2_joypad_index = "1"In the retroarch.cfg file.

      turns out all i needed to do was update the retropie-setup script

      lr-mupen64plus @ 640x480 (select the resolution from the runcommand menu)

      but will only run at about 20fps

      Is this something I can update on there, make a new backup image, and flash to my newer pi?

      Update your system from the RetroPie-Setup on the old system - say yes when asked to update the included kernel and OS packages - then transfer again a backup to the new system.
