I really appreciate all your help. It appears to be working well enough to use. I tested between a 12 year old Visio 1080p and a 3 year old 4k Sony Bravia and it works equally well on both.
Only complaint I have now is a nitpicky one. When in the menus the audio click I hear when scrolling is delayed and has inconsistent tonalities that are grating to the ear. Can only be described as sometimes scratchy and sometimes clicky. Lol. I can live with it if no ideas on that one. When in games the audio is fine and right on time.

Good but not perfect

@akr8080 Some controllers don't expose the turbo button, but internally activate the turbo feature when you press it along with the other button where the turbo function is applied. Maybe the Brawler64 is similar, but can't find a manual for the controller to confirm.

Another question it's... how i can identify my actual hdmi cable if it's unidirectional or bidirectional ?

Never heard of 'unidirectional' HDMI/HDMI cable, but you probably have a regular cable, which can be plugged either way.

I have found some on amazon.it but noone whit a clear description of also whit a explanatory review :)
When i can I try to ask my trusted electronic parts seller :)

The idea is to set up a default retroarch config for mame/fbneo that will configure one of these devices as the default mouse (for example, the trackball), and create then just a file for rom folders that will be spinner specific.
For example, you have a roms/mame folder -> all games in there will work with the trackball by default, thanks to the global default config. Then you have roms/mame/spinner then for this folder, you will have to generate a retroarch "content configuration file" that will apply just for this folder, and set the mouse_index to the one of the spinner.
Trap: the retroarch menu will not let you save mouse_index configs, but will create the config files. You will have to add manually a line with player1_mouse_index = 2 for example...
We wrote a detailed guide (in french, use deepl.com to translate) with screenshots, etc. And we use it on several Retropie arcade cabinet that we built, that have both trackball and spinner in the control panel.

Trackball and Spinner persistent configuration guide HOWTO (Google Doc, french)

In boot/config.txt I added dtoverlay=disable-bt to disable the onboard bluetooth. The bluetooth dongle is a cheap one (€10 ish) but it works fine. I did connect my controllers through the bluetoothctl command line options just so I could check how things worked behind the menu in retropie.
Can't help you any further though, sorry.
