      @mitu
      Note for WiFi on the new Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+:

      WiiFi is disabled until wireless regulatory domain is set (Pi 3 B+ only)

      The domain can be done through 'Raspberry Pi Configuration' (rc_gui),
      'raspi-config' or by setting 'country=' to an appropriate ISO 3166
      alpha2 country code in /etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf.

      US= United States
      GB= UK

      Example by another user of what it should look like (with GB country code)

      country=GB
      ctrl_interface=DIR=/var/run/wpa_supplicant GROUP=netdev
      update_config=1

      network={
      ssid="myssid"
      psk="mywifipassword"
      }

      deleted case ethernet port,case door hinges came out for room, glued closed. had to put dedicated power to the hd to spin right so extra usb port grafted to the drives power wires while data wires go to pie. runs cool enough 50 degrees-ish so far. case closes tighter than pics when screwed together. just took some quick snaps to share. think it turned out pretty good.

      @paulkosm I think this is just the nature of the powerblock. The problem would be that the latching switch would still be latched in the on position (which is why you get a restart) and there's no way to automatically unlatch it. It might be more annoying to have to unlatch then latch again to turn the system on after a soft shutdown.

      Personally I just use the powerblock switch to shutdown every time and never use the menu shutdown option now.

      @jonnykesh I tried downloading asplashscreen.sh from /splashscreen/ but the file will not download, it says it's "unable to open asplashscreen"

      I am doing this with root access on my PC but this is just weird.

      Thanks for the reply!
      I forgot to say that the console has the CPU in each cartridge, and was produced by OneStation.
      If I get to know wich pins uses the display I may use the entire board to get it working.
      Buying a new display is not an option right now, but I'll keep the suggestion.

      I've using a cheap red and a cheap blue ps3/ps1 look alike from a famous chinese webstore without any problems. The ones I use are wired (make sure to get ones with enough cable length) and work great with my rpi2.

      Well thanks for trying anyhow! I have it working on dosbox on my laptop, no issue what so ever. Must be some config in my Pi's dosbox that won't allow it to work. Will need to continue research, thanks!

      Thank you very much caver01.

      Pressing the "fn"+ "caps lock" is sufficient for me currently.
      But maybe if one day I begin to be fed up with this, I know what to search for ;)

      @popefelix inside the .cue file it can only have the filename of the bin/iso in it with caps and lowercase correct. If the contents of the .cue file is correct then it should work. If not find it from elsewhere.
