      @vbs they were the same before. We flattened the RPI structure so shader previous/next hotkeys worked as they don't work with subfolders

      most of the sellers are selling with the image as the main selling point

      RetroPie! Kodi! Fully loaded! Each order is also guaranteed to contain a 1989 Upper Deck Ken Griffey Jr. rookie card if you order right now!

      Edit: The "Fully Loaded" thing gets me every time. One of my friends was saying that he bought a Kodi device on eBay. I made mention that any of the machines require a bit of upkeep to remain fully operational over time and he quickly responded with, "No, I bought mine fully loaded". Funny stuff.

      No, not currently something that is supported.

      The config.txt is located in the Boot folder, you can edit this via ftp or by putting the SD card into your PC.

      I had an issue with locking up as well when trying to overclock my rpi3b with the recommended overclock settings I've seen on several sites. I ended up just reverting to default. it's always a good idea to make a backup of your config.txt before editing just in case something like this happens.

      hope this helps.

      @Toast

      I use this and am very happy with it. The problem with RetrOSMC is that it tries to shoehorn the two projects together into one. This can potentially lead to all kinds of incompatibilities and makes troubleshooting either project much more difficult. The multi-boot solution is functionally identical, but the two projects are isolated to their own partitions and always run as they should in their own space. When you're in OSMC, you get an addon you can select that will launch RetroPie and when you're in RetroPie, you get a menu listing in Emulation Station that will launch OSMC. Once installed, you can simply update both projects to their latest versions.
