Until someone gets around to making a pull request for it's addition, you could always add it yourself. The process is fairly straightforward.

i would be great to have heroes of might and magic 3 on retropie ;) your idea sounds pretty realistic, i didn't know VCMI supports arm processors. any ideas how to implement it into retropie ? cheers
