System Carousel & Games available help needed

Hi, I'm creating a new theme and would just like to know what the code is to remove the system carousel (white bar) and the 'GAMES AVAILABLE' grey bar please? everything else needs to stay in place.
I've heard its now themable in the latest version of Retropie.Hope someone can help.
