Can't get past memory card screen on Dreamcast WWF Royal Rumble

Does anybody know why I can't get past this screen when trying to play WWF Royal Rumble for dreamcast. All my other dreamcast roms work. On this one if I click "Yes" or "No" I go into a black screen and I have to yank the power of my Pi3 to restart it. Not only is it in the compatibility list but there's a video of ETA Prime demoing it on youtube with retropie. I've downloaded multiple ROMS can't get past the screen.
