Dreamcast sub folder search

Ok i have skies of arcadia and of course its a 2 disk game. Each disk has its .gdi, .bin and .raw files. But of course they all cant be in one folder they have to be in seperate folders and each designated .bin/.raw with corisponding .gdi file due to naming.
Now to my questions is if there a way to make ES search into sub folders in order to retrieve the cdi file so as not to have to select the folder then the file?
