File: (File with issue - with FULL path) Uh, Zoom.bin? It's in ~/RetroPie/roms/megadrive/Zoom\ \ .bin output of file: Sega MegaDrive/Genesis raw ROM dump Name: "\203Y\201[\203\2" (C)SEGA 1989.OCT
Emulator: lr-picodrive (but lr-genesis-plus-gx also doesn't work)
Attachment of config files: (PLEASE USE PASTEBIN.COM FOR LARGE LOGS) don't know what configs to attach here, but only thing I have configured is the 8Bitdo bluetooth controller
How to replicate the problem: Install the dual boot image and try to play Zoom (or Altered Beast, or Phantasy Star IV, or ...)So, I'm pulling my hair out here because I've got this set-up exactly how I'd like it but for some reason only a handful of Genesis ROMs are actually working. Most of them attempt to launch and then it just kicks back to the games list. But something like Mystic Defender works without any issue. Why??
What is even weirder is that if I copy the line from /dev/shm/runcommand.info and just execute it directly in the command line, the game's audio can be heard. So it's playing the game without a problem? I have no idea what's going on. There were a couple posts along these lines, but one was never followed up by the poster and the other had to do with Samba share permissions and I don't have anything that complicated.
Anyone know what is going on? How do I fix this? I had this working without a problem with the RetroPie card image, but I really need access to my Plex server on this same box. Why won't this work?
