      It's possible to add RasPlex to RetroPie ?

          @waxime No. RetroPie requires a full Debian based OS. RetroPie runs on top of an OS. You can't run RasPlex on top of RetroPie. However RetroPie also comes with openpht, which I think RasPlex uses.

          [edit] initially misread your post, thinking you meant running RetroPie on RasPlex - but RasPlex is a standalone system by the looks of things (which includes openpht).
