Please do not post a support request without reading this first: https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first
Can you give us some more information of what's going on? What SD card, Raspberry PI, and what Image you are using.

Micro SD Card 32 GB(SANDISK) (From canakit and was preloaded with noobs.) I say WAS because in an attempt to fix it, i formatted it.
I am using raspberry pi 3 Model B
I'm Using The Image straight from the Site https://retropie.org.uk/download/
For Raspberry Pi 2/3
Also Side Note. there are two different Drives that show up when i plug the Usb Micro SD Card Reader in.
One with 1.94 gb free space and one with 54 MB of free space

I recommend trying a different SD Card. Writing over pre-made SD Cards are a little hard to do since, well, they're premade.
I also recommend if you do not have any other SD cards is to use SD Card Formatter.
As for the two drives issue, the NOOBS Image may have made two different partitions. SD Card Formatter may fix this issue. -
@Majin_buu_ Format the card first to restore it to full size. Use
SDcardFormatter
https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_4/Choose the "Resize" option.
Either that or your card is a fake / dud.

Okay, okay. I've decided to come back to this because now I have an issue! Irony huh?
Anyways, I tried putting in my SD Card into my pi and somehow I get two drives as well. And my SD card gets stuck at 91 percent while trying to back it up. Any ideas as to what happened?

@itsnitro you have the linux partition and the boot partition. It is always like this when you install retropie.
