Smart Phone Keyboard that connects via Bluetooth?

Is there an app for a smart phone, that will connect via Bluetooth and not WiFi? A friend of mine is out of town without his keyboard and wants to connect his Pi to the WiFi at his cabin... but the apps he's tried only seem to connect to the Pi if WiFi is enabled already. He can't SSH into the system, as no WiFi, and more importantly he has no computer there either lol. So just wondering if anyone knows of a way around this, or an app to be able to input the wifi password.

Ha! Isn't that always the way it goes. I briefly looked for an iPhone equivalent, but didn't see anything off hand.
