I am gifting a retropie setup soon, and have a new raspberry pi zero w, I am trying to get retropie 4.2 setup on. After putting the image on a new sd card, I setup the wifi, and enable ssh. I try to ssh in, and it normally gets as far as the "Last Login" line on the remote side, and just hangs. I try ssh pi@0, and get the same results locally. I tried raspian jessie lite to make sure it was not a hardware issue, and it works flawlessly. Any suggestions, so I can get this machine setup(I do not have a powered hub, and need to setup the thumb drive for roms).

Yes I check the md5 of the download before someone ask. I have downloaded the image 3 times, and put it on a sd card a few more times than I have downloaded, even a brand new sd card. I also tried 4.1, but it would not even boot on the Zero W.
