Multiple rom path for a single system?

Hi there,
Running Windows 10 and have a few systems eg Gamecube split across two drives, does emulation station support multiple paths?

Two Options:
Use links to your main folder

Create a second system for your second folder named "Gamecube Drive C" "Gamecube Drive Z"

Thankyou for your reply, I went down the route of having two split systems, seemed more logical for me.
