Adding emulators, not working.

I purchased a preloaded card that works fine with the emulators that came originally with the card. I cannot add any other emulator, such as colecovision, a 5200 or intellivision., I have checked and all seems ok. I added roms into the folders, bios are there, etc. Is there any other config or swith that I need to turn on to be able to add more emulators? thanks for your help!!

Make sure you are using an official image, or have done a manual install yourself. We will not support 3rd party images.
I'm afraid you've been swindled into purchasing something that is free. We have no idea what the seller has done to the image (not to mention the possibility of malware) so you'd be best to seek support from the seller
Or you can start with the official image provided on the site and people here would be happy to help
