[Suggestion] Video Backgrounds for System Selection in ES

So recently, video support was added to EmulationStation in the forms of random screensavers and the ability to show video previews for games. However, I feel like there should be one more animatable part of ES: the background.
Now, it would be pretty cool to just have an MP4 where a PNG would be and have it slide like a normal image, but what I'd like to see is a constant, seamlessly looping background video that's always in one place (similar to the "curvy lines" background that modern PlayStation interfaces have.)
Here's a mockup I made in Sony Vegas of what I'm talking about.
