      @ChristianG sorry to hear your frustratioons. I disagree that retropie isn't ready for prime time. It is very simple and easy to set up if you follow the documents. As you said there are also good YouTube videos as well. I don't know of anything much cheaper or easier to use to create great setups. I am not sure where your roadblocks are coming from and I wish I could help more. It is never good to hear frustrations like yours.

      I hope you don't give up and good luck with everything you have going on in life right now.

        @TMNTturtlguy Success!! Something as simple as replacing the buttons on my arcade worked. I was using a kit that came with a board and Sanwa buttons for each player. I couldn't find one player / two player Sanwa buttons so I bought Happ and wired them onto the board. The Happs did work but I guess were the source of the issues. When I put Sanwa buttons in place of them everything works. So I'm sorry Retropie, this was an operator error :)
