Is it possible to play the king of fighters 2002 on retropie? I have been everywhere on google and cant seem to find how? Just whant to know if somone out here was able to do it so i can continue my search

@s1naloa10 we cant discuss where to find romsets. Forum rules. I dont know of any neo geo roms that doesnt work in lr-fbalpha.

@edmaul69 ok so i did find the roms but now what do i do with them i read someting about using a dat. File and merging them but im not sure what to do now if you can guide me i little bit

@s1naloa10 put the zip files in the fba rom folder and install the lr-fbalpha emulator

dont forget the neogeo bios, and make sure the bios is the same romset as the roms...

Also Use FBA over MAME for Retropie, FBA had more support on Retropie and you can use the Current MAME roms in FBA, for the most part. Midway games can't run on FBA, for that you need MAME.

I got the games to work thanks a lot everybody. But the video quality its really bad and i know it can be better is there any settings that i have to do for it to get better?

@s1naloa10 Hola, mi nombre es Xavier, asumo que hablas español, te escribo desde Ecuador, apenas hace 1 semana estoy retomando este proyecto de mi consola retro en una Raspberry pi 3, que dejé abandonada por 2 años. He puesto juegos muy especificos la verdad, los kof desde el 94 al 2004, mortal kombat, metal slug, killer instinct, mario bros, aerofighters, etc etc.

Tengo una duda sobre el kof2002, es que al momento de intentar hacer los combos con "brillo o resplandor", tras presionar los 2 botones correspondientes (patada pequeña + puñetazo grande) para hacer el "brillo o resplandor", el peleador da inmediatamente una "patada pequeña", por lo cual a ese golpe "parasito", entorpece la realización total del combo!

Te sucede lo mismo? Tienes alguna idea o me puedes orientar de alguna manera?

Solo para aclarar, no es la botonera, ya que la he usado tambien en mi pc con un emulador winkawaks y no hay problema, ahi no se presenta ese golpe "parasito"

No creo que mucha gente hable español porque el foro está en inglés. Lo ideal sería publicar en inglés y asegurarse de completar el formulario que acordó en la parte superior donde dice leer esto primero para que se conozcan todos los detalles sobre su configuración. De esta manera, las personas pueden ayudarlo rápido.
