[Prototype] Metro Theme - Mock-up

With all the new updates and features added to ES, i figured it's now possible to make a Metro Styled theme (not tested yet). This morning, i designed a mock up of what it could probably look like but i haven't quite finished anything except the system select. Sort of spur of the moment design that just came up and i had to jot down.
-Boot/Cover Screen
-Console Screen
-Gamelist Screen
-Loading Screen

Here are some ideas
- Make the chosen system stand out a bit more
- Create a custom footer
