Cannot "swap button" anymore in emulstation's config

Hello world,
I cannot change the "swap button" setting of emulstation anymore. It's locked on "Swapped".
Is this a "me" problem or am I not the only one having trouble changing emulstation settings ?Thanks for reading.
Specs : Raspberry Pi3
Power Supply : Aukru 5V, 3A
RetroPie Version : 4.2.10,
No logs, no errors
How to replicate the problem:
1/ Launch RetropieSetup
2/ Manage Package -> core -> 809 emulstation -> C Configuration / Options
3/ Change "Swap A/B Buttons in ES" value
4/ Reboot
5/ Repeat steps and watch in despair how your pick has been ignored and the value of "Swap A/B Buttons in ES" is identical -
bump ? (don't know if it's authorized to bump)

I would be curious did it swap the first time? I have never tried to change it back to the default after swapping. I wonder if you would need to run configure input again after resetting to defaults.
