Using, as of 23 JUL 2017, the latest RetroPie, on a RPi3, everything updated. Using a WiiU Pro gamepad and the RPi's on-board bluetooth. That is synced according to RetroPie's instructions for doing so. https://github.com/RetroPie/RetroPie-Setup/wiki/Wii-U-Pro-Controller

I spent hours using Selph's scrapper with video and marquee. Now whenever I go into a system, after a few seconds, it goes into a game even though I've pressed nothing. This exact same setup, prior to scrapping, had no issues. If I only scrape for images, it works fine. Something about videos causes a phantom button press or auto load of a game. I plug in a wired Xbox360 controller, with and without video scrapes, no problems.

So it's all pointing to bluetooth and my gamepad. Any ideas where to start resolving this?

That's been a problem with a lot of people with that type of controller. Although I can't seem to think there are any ways to fix it, but if someone can, that'd be great.
