Configure Input per system
-
Hello, I was wondering if there was a way to configure the input per system. Ive had problems with my wired xbox 360 controller. I would configure the inputs and they would work fine for some systems but would be odd in others (psx). I then open the config in game and set the controls for the psx, but this seems to have changed it for other games too.
So if there is a way to configure it per system that would be wonderful.

@sir-snoodles You are going to have to get a lot more specific about which EXACT emulators you are talking about. For example, there are standalone emulators and there are emulators that use retroarch (they should start with "lr-. . ."). The retroarch emulators can definitely share control configurations or can be easily adjusted using a retroarch.cfg configuration file per system. However, standalone emulators usually have their own configurations, so you need to read the docs and find out which emulator you are using and that should lead you to the right method of configuration.
Bottom line: if anyone here is going to give you any real help, you need to read this, then post everything required to give us some idea about your setup, and most importantly, what emulators you are configuring. And you cannot simply say "Playstation" or "arcade" since there are at least four PS emulators and more arcade emulators than you can shake a stick at. BE SPECIFIC.
