Unable to install kodi from binary

Built From: Retropie image v4.2.18
USB Devices connected: Wireless keyboard; Xbox 360 controller
Controller used: N/A
Error messages received: Unable to install kodi from binary

File: (File with issue - with FULL path)

Attachment of config files: (PLEASE USE PASTEBIN.COM FOR LARGE LOGS)
How to replicate the problem: Run kodi (309) installation from optional packages in Retropie Setup Script v4.2.18The installation starts normally, runs through a bunch of code for about 5 mins, then I get the error message.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Log found in /dev/shm/runcommand.log (if relevant) -> this after you do Kodi installation. -
I did another install run to get the log files and it installed. No idea what changed but it's working fine now. Thanks for your help anyway.
