      Raspberry Pi 3
EmulationStation V2.6.1RP (recently updated from source)
RetroArch v1.6.7 (recently updated from source)
      RetroPie-Setup Script v4.2.18 (940186d)
      8gb SD Card (7.3 total), 4.8G used, 2.1G available, 70% use %

I was having trouble getting a game to earn achievements, so I went through the process of updating all my cores, RetroArch, and EmulationStation today. The latest versions (listed above) now seem to cause a ridiculously long wait time before finally logging into RetroAchievements. Has anybody else noticed this? Is there something I can do or need to adjust to make it log in quicker? I typically load a game up and before the game starts I bring up RetroArch menu to see what achievements I have/need. Now when I do it, it just says "No Achievements" unless I wait almost 3 minutes. Then it lets me see them. It's annoying for sure. It never did this before. I'm hoping it's just a problem on RetroAchievement's server and not related to the new updates.

The retroachievements site itself was extremely slow today. Maybe it's the reason ;)

I think every RA user that is trying to use it since yesterday is noticing it. In any platform. It has nothing to do with RetroArch or RetroPie. It's a problem with RA server.

I hope that it isn't you using my hascheevos tool again... :-)

I think Scott is the only person in the whole world able to make something for it...

Good to know it's not just me, and not necessarily related to me updating RetroArch.

@meleu - I haven't rescraped since the first time. I was going to wait and see what you came up with for a more permanent and professional looking (menu) solution.
