Possible to have Pi change TV mode?

Was hoping to have the pi run both games and media via kodi. I have game mode on for retropie, but like another setting for movies. Is it possible for the pi to automatically change the mode of the TV? Thanks!

@jell no. You can change video mode - and if your TV can switch based on that, then maybe. But the rpi can't specifically control various TV model settings.
