      Hi

I currently use the carbon theme and don't have any real interest in using video previews.

However I would like to have video screen savers. Does anyone know if this is possible without having them in the theme and if so how do I do this?

      Many thanks

@arcade123 you need to put the videos in you gamelist and then you can set your theme to detailed view in the start menu.

Thanks but how exactly do I put them in the game list ?

If I get an MP4 do I just put this in the splash screen folder?

          Thanks

@arcade123 no, you can either scrape them with a scraper or get your own videos. You add the path to the file in the gamelist.xml

The location can be where ever you want as long as the path is correct. Most people put them in a folder within the rom folder.

@arcade123 Please try this method in fact it also uses the gamelist.xml but it's independent from any game.
