Does FB Romset 0.2.97.39 Work With Latest FBA 0.2.97.42 Build?

Does the final burn alpha 0.2.97.39 romset work with the latest FBA 0.2.97.42 build??
Because I saw that FBA was updated but I can't find the latest romset but will the ROMs Still work tho or do I need to upgrade the set and find of somewhere? -
@retrofreak89 You'll get mixed results. Some games will work, some won't. When a romset is updated, not all games are updated. Only certain ones. The .42 romset is rather new so it should be easy to find, anyways.

I highly recommend that you upgrade. Save yourself the headache of only having certain titles work like Darksavior mentioned.

In each release announcement you can see what changed in the "Clones and updated romsets in existing drivers" section and what's new in "New additions to existing drivers" and "New drivers".

So many .39 games worked fine with .42 that you'd probably be fine just looking for updated versions when a game doesn't work.

Hmm well i am having trouble finding the latest .42
I can only find the romset of .40..
I Just wanna grab few street fighters that is it -
@retrofreak89 Street Fighter games from .39 worked fine through all the later revisions for me. I play the heck out of 3S.
