I disassembled my old intercooler to use the small 5v fan for my pi zero w and noticed a little control board with two thermal sensors. It has a 4 pin header that isnt soldered to anything else. It normally uses 12v to power the larger fans, but the 4 pins (GND, TP5, TEST, 5v, and 12v) got me wondering if I could connect it to my pi thru GPIO to have it run the little fan only when it gets hot. Or would it be better to just connect the fan straight to the GPIO? My phone is dead right now, so Ill take a pic of the board in a little bit . Thanks
