I'm using USB encoders (DragonRise Inc.) plugged into the Pi to hook arcade-style joysticks and buttons to the device. However, whenever I try and emulate a game with anything that isn't a Libreto emulator, the device reads the right-most encoder in as player one and the left-most one in as player two. I tried swapping the USB ports of the two controllers, but no luck. Anyone else have this problem before?

Note, I am aware that swapping controllers is rather easy with Libreto emulators and have already done so. However, it'd be nice to be able to use the other ones in cases where they play a certain ROM better.
