I'm trying to play mario party 2 on my raspberry pi 3 model b, and the framerate counter says it's rendering at 160+ frames per second. Obviously the game is slow, and it would run so much better at a low framerate. Anything above 60 is just overkill. Why is it trying to run this way? Where can I manually lower the framerate?

@nemnadogg turn on vsync or vertical sync. This should cap the fps to 60.

@nemnadogg Possibly in the Retroarch configuration - press Select+X - and go into the Video configuration.

@jonnykesh I went into the settings, but vsync was already on. The issue persists
