Kodi: Screen goes black after video finishes

@rascas It is not a problem for me. Only trying to help. Im not enough capable to log Retropie startup and Kodi but im sure it works ok when Kodi starts from EmulationStation. Sorry 4 my english.

This issue was introduced for me in Kodi 18. Solution for me was to:
Settings > Player > Videos > Playback > Adjust display refresh rate > On start / stop
Hope this helps others.
