      I am currently using this Air Mouse with my Retropie: Aplic - Wireless USB Presenter

      I use it to easily navigate through Emlation Station and Kodi but when i have it connected and start a game it always steals the first Player Slot. Is there some sort of blacklist so that the device doest get listed as a controller?

        I have simply deleted the /dev/input/js* and /dev/input/event* link so that the system does not use it as Joypad.
        I have made a little script that delets the links and put it into rc.local so the links get deleted every boot. Somehow a udevrule did not work for me.

        This issue can be closed
