      Hi all,

      This is definitely a noob question -- but I'm wondering:

      If I utilize WinDiskimager or a similar tool to create an image of a 128 GB micro SD card, and then transfer the image to a 256 GB micro SD, will the extra space on the larger card be available, or will the pi only see the 128 GB partition? If the pi only sees the 128 GB partition, is there a simple way to gain access to the additional space?

        Yes..you can expand the filesystem in Raspi Config in the Retropie menu.Then the additional space will be seen and used.
