      Hi,

Which settings do I have to use to make sure my controller will work with NDS-games?
Actually, I can press the A-button but that's it...
It works with all other systems and games.
      Thanks!

@mutt3n Which emulator are you using for NDS? DraStic or lr-desmume?

I tried with DraStic but the controllers (SNES Controller & WiiU Pro) won't work with this emulator, any suggestions?

You need to provide more information like what Pi are you using etc. Drastic runs much much much better than lr-desmume.
Having one emulator installed would not have any effect on the performance of another. the 2 programs do not interact.
If you are using a Pi3 use DraStic. Hook up a keyboard and during a game hit M to get to the configuration menu. Map controls there.
I play Mario Kart, Super Mario 64 and lots of others using DraStic and they all run full speed.
