Ok, so I wanted to give emulation on the RP3 a go. I am lower than a Noob when it comes to Linux. This is why I need the help. I installed the WD Founder addition SD disc that comes with the whole kit. Now this is where it gets me flustered. How do I install Retropi on top of Raspbian? I tried a couple ways but it always ends up in a failure. Wish I wrote down the boot failure but it has something to do with sda (which is the PiDrive). I know my PiDrive is working because under the eject drive option, it shows it being there. It also states I have 345.6gbs for use. Like I stated before, I know absolutely nothing about Linux and need all the help I can get. Thanks!

@kalimah You say you tried "a couple of ways" but don't detail these. Please provide more information. There is only one reliable way to manually install RetroPie on top of Raspbian and that is the official way. Please see docs
